We’re here to help! Explore our FAQs to learn about our services, processes, and how we can serve you better.

What services do you offer?

We provide auto glass replacement, repair, crack repair, and advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) calibrations for vehicles. This includes windshield replacements, side and rear window replacements, and ensuring your vehicle’s safety systems are properly calibrated after glass installation.

What is ADAS calibration, and why is it necessary?

ADAS (Advanced driver-assistance systems) calibration ensures that features like lane departure warnings, adaptive cruise control, and emergency braking systems work correctly. After replacing your windshield or making adjustments to your vehicle, calibration ensures these systems function as intended for your safety.

Do you offer mobile services?

Yes, we offer convenient mobile services to replace or repair your auto glass at your home, office, or another location. We do recommend in-shop service for more balanced and comprehensive services! Call for details!

How long does it take to replace a windshield?

A windshield replacement typically takes about 1-2 hours, depending on the complexity of the installation. For those waiting at our shop location, we have high speed internet  with a workstation equipped with charging ports.

Will my insurance cover the cost of auto glass replacement or repair?

Most insurance policies include coverage for glass repair or replacement. We work with all major insurance providers and can assist you with the claims process.

Can you repair a small chip or crack in my windshield?

Yes, small chips and cracks can often be repaired if they are less than 6 inches long and not directly in the driver’s line of sight. If the damage is extensive, a replacement may be necessary.

How do I know if my car needs recalibration after a windshield replacement?

If your vehicle has ADAS features like lane-keeping assistance or automatic braking, it will likely require recalibration after a windshield replacement. We perform both static and dynamic calibrations to ensure these systems work accurately.

What types of vehicles do you service?

We service most makes and models of cars, trucks, SUVs, and commercial vehicles. Whether you have a domestic or foreign vehicle, we have the expertise to handle your auto glass and calibration needs. Please call us for your particular vehicle. 239-851-2009
